Walk-Up Hype is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may use it to manage walk-up announcements and music for youth baseball and softball teams. You may not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the app or its content.
Walk-Up Hype offers a Premium subscription that unlocks additional AI announcer voices and removes team and player limits. Subscriptions are billed annually through Apple's App Store.
Walk-Up music playback requires an Apple Music subscription and is subject to Apple's Terms of Service. Walk-Up Hype does not provide or host any music content.
The Premium AI voice feature generates audio from the announcement text you provide. You are responsible for the content of announcements you create. Do not use the voice generation feature to produce offensive, harmful, or misleading content.
Walk-Up Hype and its original content are proprietary. All rights reserved. Walk-Up Hype is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Major League Baseball, Apple Inc., or any other third party referenced in the app.
Walk-Up Hype is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that voice generation will always be available. Premium voice generation depends on third-party services that may experience downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Walk-Up Hype shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
