Walk-Up Hype subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We are unable to issue refunds directly.
To request a refund for a Walk-Up Hype purchase, visit Apple's refund page at reportaproblem.apple.com and follow the instructions. Apple handles all refund decisions for App Store purchases.
Walk-Up Hype Premium includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial period ends. You can cancel at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings.
